Information we collect
When you complete our enquiry form we collect your name, company name where provided, email address, telephone number, the services you are interested in and the content of your message.
When you apply for a role through our recruitment form we collect your name, date of birth, age, contact details, address and postcode, the position applied for, SIA licence details where provided, right to work status, relevant experience, availability and any supporting document you choose to upload.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, discuss your requirements and provide information about our services.
We use recruitment information to assess your suitability for current or future roles and to contact you about your application.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision making.
Lawful basis and retention
We process enquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and recruitment information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in assessing applications.
We retain enquiry records for up to twenty four months and recruitment records for up to twelve months, unless you ask us to remove them sooner or a longer period is required by law.
Storage and security
Submissions are stored in a secured database and uploaded documents are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to authorised members of the Solace Security team.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
